10 Inch Server Rack

There definitely are 10” server racks available online, but I wanted something cheaper. Also, if I am honest, I wanted an excuse to put the 3D printer to work.

I ended up printing the Natalie T’s Modular 10 Inch Server Rack - Reworked.

For my setup, I chose:

  • Double 7U rails
  • Blank topper
  • Cross brace
  • Vented side panels

This should, hopefully, fit my [[homelab]] hardware.

For portability, I printed these handles. To assemble everything, I also printed some nuts and bolts. We will see how well printed rack hardware survives in practice.
