About
I am Joeri. I started in 2010 as a Drupal backend developer, building both large and smaller custom Drupal applications.
Over time my focus shifted toward infrastructure: Linux servers, Apache and Nginx webservers, MySQL, Apache Solr, and Elasticsearch. I also worked on automation and provisioning with Puppet and Ansible.
I then moved deeper into containerized platforms: building Kubernetes clusters (k3s, AWS EKS, Azure AKS), adapting applications around twelve-factor principles, and creating container images and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
While still doing a lot of the above, my interest has shifted towards AI: developing with AI, integrating AI into daily workflows, and experimenting with agentic systems such as OpenClaw, PaperclipAI, and OpenCode.
What this site is for
- A place to collect notes from technical experiments and projects
- A personal log of what I am learning, building, and testing over time
Outside working hours
I run my own Proxmox Homelab where I test and experiment with tools like Home Assistant, n8n, OpenClaw, PaperclipAI, Forgejo, Minecraft servers, and more. I also enjoy 3D printing practical things that make daily life easier.
